There are many products on the market to assist you in your effort to quit smoking. Your doctor should be able to suggest a prescription medication or an over the counter solution. There are nicotine gums, inhalers, patches and more to help make the smoking cessation process easier on you and your body. Remember smoking cessation might be difficult but think of the health risks associated and the pain you will be able to avoid in the future by making your health a priority now.
